OMEGA and its Associate laboratory are well equipped with latest equipments that include Spectrometer (GNR make) along with Oxygen Analyzer.

OMEGA products are implemented with strict Quality systems and individual attention has been devoted to statistical process control.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

All staff participates in making quality better and best persistently to satisfy our customers. All our incoming raw material and finished products are inspected & tested at each and every stage including during the various stages of manufacturing process, to maintain quality as per desired level, thus assuring quality products to our clients. No stone is left unturned to implement any new suggestions or ideas received from customers, our staff or anybody, to upgrade our quality system. When excellence is possible, good is not enough.

We have our own R & D department, qualified and technically sound technicians and monitoring systems, continuously working on innovating and developing a new product - a unique alloy, create a high range of minimum and maximum in wires, rods, etc. to meet and even surpass client's expectations. Manufacturing EC Grade Copper Wire Bar with less oxygen content.

Monitoring customers' repeated orders and to ensure their regular requirements are kept to some extent in stock to feed their timely need.
